A number of people are stating that La Reserva has been approved as part of PGOU 2010. Has it? Has anyone seen official confirmation on this ? To access the PGOU 2010 pages on the official www.marbella.es website you need a PIN.
Has anyone seen a list of properties "approved" in the PGOU? If so, please scan relevant page and place on this website to reassure others.
Even if Reserva is approved I believe you still need to obtain a LFO - either from the Town Hall (on the basis of an individual property / an individual block / an individual community - e.g. Manzana X - or do you still need to obtain the LFO from the developer
I would like everything to be hunkydory, but will remain sceptical until I see something official in writing.
