I referred to Block 7 fiasco with regards to the lack of habitation licence and consequent TV publicity and investors who had bought hoping to flip and then decided to sue the developer. The majority of these people have not paid their community charge and you can see this on the AGM debtors list. I have read that they have successfully sued the developer but it has gone to appeal. Sorry can't help out on the falling down comment not one of mine. I have heard that the grey wall surrounding block 7 has to be painted or rendered with stone as part of the granting of the licence, but not sure about this as you would assume that as the licence is going through the processes this would have been done, as of August it had not..
I am glad you like La Reserva as we do and have had success with holiday lets as this speaks for itself about the development when other parts of the letting business are reporting lack of rentals.
As James/yvonne said once we get this licence things can only pick up and I think the administrators are doing their best with the reduced amount of community fees they have.
