META stuff?

Hello everybody.

Although not a resident at the moment there is a good chance that I will become one in the future and that is why I'm writing to you know.

Have read your exchanges and looks like the development is great although there are some shortcomings with the paperwork, and possibly some of the "guests" that come via the rental office or however it's organised.

What I wanted to ask is whether you would recommend this development and why.

 We like La reserve de marbella, we are in block 7 overlooking the pool. we think our appartment is great, views west over the pool.

 no licenses yet but should be on the way soon. we decided to buy and have faith that the complex would be legalised eventually. block 7 is filling up slowly many people holding out for the paper work to come in, some are suing for return of deposit not for the faint hearted!!!

 i know the issues but many others in spain have never had a brick layed or foundations dug. we have had 2 years enjoying our place in the sun we love it. we know many other happy owners
