Just curious !

Did any of the purchasers at El Pinet have Bank Guarantees ?

and if so did SJ reclaim the guarantee  when the property was handed over  ?

Does anyone still hold an actual Bank Guarantee or a photo copy of the one issued in respect of their  property at El Pinet ?
