TV signal en La Isla....

We have an apartment on the Island and have got a signal but sometimes it goes! we got a digibox from PTAN (on the forum) about €115 and can get most of the uk channels so no contract and no set up fee.  We also have a DVD player so it may be advisable to bring out a few DVD's for the kids just in case you dont have a signal. 

I believe that the number to contact if there is no signal is different to the usual customer services number I can obtain from hubby and will PM you later.

Thanks for your reply and adviced. We will appreciate if you could get us the number just in case there is a problem witht the signal.

Sorry Leo just found out from hubbie that customer services contacted the telecoms department who in turn sorted out the signal problem but it did take 5 days to reinstate. 

I think it was initial teething problems and am hoping that it is all now sorted.
