Do you know if anybody has got private contracts? It is very doubtful that the water company would issue any more private contracts since the building licence is illegal and there is no first occupancy licence.

water is now on in our apt,but our power of attorney who has 6 other clients was not notified that water would be shut off,we now have a water meter installed,so much for the occupation licence,as we were led to beleive that without it ,you could not get a water contract,which obviously doesnt come into play as we now have one,all very confusing

Glad to hear you got your water sorted out. Yes, I have heard the whole time that you would not get connected with a private contract unless the LFO was in place, which makes me think that the water board must be pretty sure that the licence will be issued. I have asked the developer about the electricity, but no reply so far. Have you any news as to when we can get privat supply?

if you mean the electric,i called into the eralia office,and they assure me that the electricity is not going to be disconnected for a while,but they say they will contact owners, just like they said about water,but they didn,t so who knows.

just an update, once you have sorted out the contracts with water board,it takes 24 hours to get connected with a bit of pushing.apparently there is an aqua sol office in elviria.

I was just wondering when the electricity company would issue us with private contract. Since the water company has been willing to do that without an LFO perhaps the same will happen with the electricity? Being on the developers supply is always risky, since he can switch it off whenever he doesn´t want to privide it any more or if he can´t pay the bill.

Seems to have happened again with the electricity! We got this today -- not sure what the LFO file reference is - any ideas?
We have just been informed by the developers that the electricity, is now to be switched over to each individual customer in the development Los Lagos de Santa María Golf. Therefore, you are urged to apply for the electricity to be changed over to your name, as the electricity company will be disconnecting everyone without their own meter today.
The number for the LFO file is 1414/01 - The reference number is 0352278

We are resident in Los Lagos, yesterday the electricity went off at 8am, without warning! They did turn it back on at 6pm, but said that unless we sorted out a contract then it would be disconnected today. We are key holders for some of the other owners and all those apartments, including ours have had meters fitted today. Just waiting for phone lines now!
