We now have a firm favorite down at Los Narejos called "The 3 Gringos", just take the road down to the beach from the Roda exit and you cannot miss it. There are 2 bars together its the one on the left when looking out to sea.
They are open all year round until sun set and during the colder months supply blankets to keep you warm.
The food is simple bar snacks and salads with a nice selection of tapas.
The tiolets are clean with the key kept behind the bar.
We spent a few hours down there last Sun afternoon sipping local Tinto, listening to a varied selection of music. The weather was sunny 72 deg so the place was busy and people were on the beach and swimming, yes Jan 21st quite amazing.!!
