Hi - Shirley and Luke here.  Just joined the site today.  We have bought in Phase 3 which is due for completion in Sep 07 (although this seems unlikely judging from your postings).

I was wondering if everyone opted for the Roda Air Conditioning Package which for the 2 bed apartment is €2,800 or did anyone shop around and get an independent supplier to fit instead?  If so, can you recommend anyone?

The Roda AC package along with most of their extras are expensive.

Please look at the AC thread from 31st Oct 06 where you and any other purchasers can access a much better deal.
