The Eagle villas on phase 5 have had a price increase according to the official Roda website - a massive 100,000 euros!!! Don't know if other properties are affected.

Apparently only 2 eagles have been released for sale, so may see further increases in future.

I'm not sure I would pay 795,000 for an Eagle villa at Roda, how about you?

the birdies are at 550 down in that phase 4/5.its a nice corner all the same. not a lot of properties down there on the plans. 795..plus 10%...... its a bit out of my budget.
