Just to keep you up to speed with our pathetic attempts to get  sign off and completion, on our phase 1 appartment....    We are thwarted once again, our .  solicitor called  last night , to explain that roda aftersales had been in touch and were no longer able to complete on the 24th November, the reason this time?  no habitation permit.     New date 12th  December   (   3rd time lucky )

As ever their timing is perfect,   yesterday morning I paid more money to  ryan air  to bring forward our flight time to fit in with Roda / Notary / solicitor inspection etc...  So now have the most expensive Ryan air flights booked in late November..
Have decided to come over anyway,  at least  we can inspect and put together a snagging list, it also gives us the opportunity to have a chat with aftersales. 

Oh dear Paul.Visited Roda end Oct and seemed like chaos .Feel very sorry for phase 1 especially as De Vere have not given any prices about rentals and information sparce in general .Am in phase 2 and not sure dates for completion at all apart told 6 months after phase 1.Oh well lets hope all worth it.

our completion was originally scheduled for August and I didn't book flights!  Then it was definitely on for 7 November and I did book flights to go out on Sunday 5 November.  On Friday 3 November, in the afternoon, I received a call from our lawyer to say, completion wa snot going to happen as our half of the block hadn't got the habitation licence.  And this was despite me getting an email from Customer SErvices saying all the paperwork was in place!!!!  Anyway, we went and we snagged and now we are told it will be early December. 

I guess I am not the only one.
