healthcare in spain

I was just looking on the web and a development is being sold in the field to the left of phase 3 and 4 .You can see this field clearly on the 1st picture on the construction progress link on the offical roda website,was anyone buying aware of this new development when they where buying .I am just hoping its not going to be on top of us down in that corner ?

How did you find this out? Do you have the name of the development being sold? What sort of development?  This is a real pain.  We are buying in phase 3 and visited last week.  We thought the farm fields of olives, limes etc would be there to stay.

Hi mrs h the web site is www.privatevillas.co.uk name of development is senoria de roda.They have an aerial photo and i  think it looks like i may have been wrong that they were in that corner of phase 3 and 4 ,they seem to be if you were to drive past the main gate into roda ie THE SALES OFFICE and they are there in The next field behind phase 1 and 2 .COULD ANYONE WHO IS GOING OVER TO RODA SOON JUST SEE IF ANYONE HAS ANY INFORMATION ON THIS

This development is already there and I think mostly completed.  It is the development that has the different colour townhouses - you can't miss it, its been there a while.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention even though thankfully it seems like a false alarm.  We were at Roda last week and drove round the outskirts of the site.  The farm fields behind phase 3 and 4 are huge.  They seem very fertile and full of olive groves, fruits and all sorts.  It would be a shame for them to go but I expect they will do one day.  Lets just hope they hang on a bit longer though so Roda does not get too over-developed.  We also saw the Senoria de Roda development so hopefully this is the one you have found out about.

If anyone is concerned about this perhaps they should contact Senario De Roda.  I noticed on thier website that they are now going to build apartments on there, perhaps its worth finding out where these are going to be built?
