Waving from Lanzarote

It would be good if there was a permanent tenant of Roda interested in starting up a business organising the guest changeovers and looking after keys etc.  They could charge a lot less than DeVere and still make a healthy income.  Anyone else think this would be good?

I'm new to all this but I thought it would be a good business idea for someone to offer this service onsite.  How much do management companies charge for chamging the laundry and cleaning between guests?

It really depends on what size home you have.  A 2 bedroom apartment "out clean" after your guests have left would be around 55 Euros but this would also depend on on the company you decide to go with.  The best thing to do is to search the internet for companies offering this service in the region.
