We bought two apartments in Phase 2 but dont seem to be able to get any kind of completion date from solicitor were told spring 2007 when signed contract, any body had any exact dates yet.

When we were at Roda in Oct 06 we were told by David Sanchez completion would start in Apr 07 and finish Sept 07.

Our Spanish solicitor told us June 07.

We go back Jan 19th and hope to find out more when we visit.

Have you both got bank guarantees after December 2006 and who gave you the information of the release dates for apartments on Phase 2, does anyone have a good solicitor over in Spain.

I just received an e-mail from Roda today on phase 2 completion, however it is still a bit confusing, verbatim from the e-mail below :

'the end of the phase 2 is supposed to be for April-May of the next year'.

I have asked them to clarify what they mean by this, ie. do they mean completion starts in April and finishes by May ??

Certainly sounds like Spring is the projected timeframe now anyway, rather than Jan as I had last been told a month or so back.
