Could anyone in the forum advise me what the room sizes are in the 2 bedroom apartments. I am trying to get an idea of what type and size of furniture I will be able to get in the apartment. I wrongly assumed that I would be able to view one of the apartments on phase I when I paid a visit there in September, but was told that as I was not buying on phase I (I am buying a g/f apartment on phase II), I could not see around any of the apartments. They did however show me around the show villa.

We viewed both phase 1 & 2 when we were over in Oct. The layout of the rooms are not all the same.There even appears to be differences on the same phase.

We go back on 19th of Jan when we hope to be able to measure the exact dimensions so we can plan our furniture layout.

If you give me your plot number we will see if we can assertain if its the same as our ground floor apart. If so then iwe will let you have the measurements.

I have been trying to get dimensions info from Roda for months now without any success.

I eventually at least got (my 1st ever) reply from Roda yesterday, only for them to say that they don't have room dimensions for my phase 2 apt !!  I must say I do find that incredible, how can they build without plans, which would of course have to include detailed dimensions for each room !!

I have asked them to look again for the plans, suggest PF199 you might want to do the same, let me know if you get any success. Best of luck.

Been told by Roda (not directly, via my agent) that phase 2 apt sizes will be available by end of Jan - believe it when I see it though !!
