Help! Phase 1 Block 2 ?

Hi All, We have been on the forum from time to time over the past few years just to keep track of whats happening at the development.  We purchased in phase 1 block 2 from a previous owner in 2004 and have no bank guarantee.   We had instructed our solicitor to cancel the contract in 2007 however there has been no feedback from the developer.  I understand the LTO has been granted for this phase in mid 2009 however we have not received any comms from the developer since then or our solicitor however he is still willing to take the case further to get the deposit we paid developer back.  Does anyone know if everyomne in phase 1 have now completed or have been contacted to complete or has anyone had success getting back deposit.  Many thanks.  Ciarán

I am not buying in your block, but can tell you I purchased 2 in block 1 November 2003.  Under our gurantee we exercised our right to obtain our deposit back on 1 and keep the other for how ever long it took to complete.  We should be completing Tuesday 26/10/10 nearly 7 years later.  Not the 4 year build promised, but we were not in any rush.
