Complaints Form From Town Hall ?

Hi does any one know how we go about obtaining a complaints form from the Town Hall, as the company we trusted in fitting our Aircon is ignoring our every effort to retrieve this form.   :-(

I would suggest a visit or a call to the Council Office in Alama de Murcia.  I am not sure which form you are looking for and its relation to your aircon installation?  

It is actually the offices of OMIC you need which is the Spanish consumer authority and if you look on the OMIC website you will find your local office

I asume you have asked the AC suppliers for a form, which they are supposed to provide

I know that if you are having problems which the actual AC Steve form Apollo had sorted out a load of problems that other installers have left so you could also contcat him
