Short term rental - management companies

Can anyone recommend  a management/rental company? We have a two bed apartment on phase 1 and are looking to rent out this summer.  There are so many agencies out there it is difficult to know which one has a good reputation.

You will need a good keyholder howvever one of the best ways to find clinets is to advertise on the well estblish hoildayt website like Owners Direct, Holiday Renters and Daltons Weekly

Make sure that you have good descriptions and photographs plus that you check on these sites for similar properties and their bookings history to make sure that you have priced correctly

I know a umber of people that are now pretty booked up for the Summer using these methods plus you should also talk to other owners who mahy not have availabilty and may be willing to share enquires
