direct debit

I am just checking my Spanish account and a couple of direct debits have just jumped out at me. At the risk of being labeled thick can someone tell me what " IB. Comercializacion De Ltimo Recurso" means in English. It might be the late hour but I cant for the life of me think what it is.

Just checked my account. Same here. Its Iberdrola. The last 2 months payment was with no usage(no meter reading) & this is the latest bill including usage. Look back to your last Iberdrola direct debit & it says the same thing.

same here but mine was the opposite way around they have been over estimating my usage for the last couple of bills so my electric bill this time was only 15.12 euros...... phew thank goodness for that I was expecting another big bill
