Valor Catastral Amount

Hi All

I'm just filling out form 210 and need to check something. I have 2 IBI receipts for this year (1 for me and 1 for my wife) showing a Catastral figure of €22,217.00 on both. Underneath it states 50% participation.

Working out the tax for each of us is it (22,217 * 1.1% *24%) = 58.65 each or
(22,217 * 1.1% *24%)/2 = 29.33 each?

Just answered my own question, I should have checked before posting really!

The IBI receipt gives 2 figures, V.SUELO 18,135.88 and V.CONST 26,298.11. These add up to 44,433.99 so the V.Catastral figure of 22,217.00 is a 50% share.

where do you get yout IBI receipt?

The receipts were in my mailbox at Condado. I contacted Alhama Council by email earlier in the year to request the total IBI tax due and paid by bank transfer.
