Buying in Sucina

Hi, Iam thinking about buying a villa in the village of Sucina & looking for people who own in the area opinions.

I have lived in Sucina for 4 years with my wife and 2 children. The area is very quiet with a good mix of Spanish and English. We are situated only 15 minutes from San Javier airport and the beaches of the Mar Menor and 30 minutes from Murcia which makes it an ideal location.

Property prices are very low at the moment, so now is an ideal time to buy. The area is well equipped with shops, bars, restaurants, school, medical centre and dentist.
