Community

We have an apartment in block 5 and were out there for three weeks in August.  We have concerns over many issues concerning the Community and have tried hard to contact the President but to no avail.  We have sent many emails and never had a reply.  We are sure that many others have these concerns and would be grateful if you could let us know whether your attempts to make contact with the President have been successful.

We are very concerned about the lack of security, the lack of gardening, the cleaning of the pool, the street lights etc and think that we all need to stick together to try and get some of these issues addressed.

Please let us know your thoughts on this!

We were there in July and got in touch with the new Administrator, sent him a mail with the same concerns of you, but did not get an answer.   The list of things to be fixed was sent 18 months ago but no answer either. I sent also an e-mail tp Pinares in Málaga but without any answer at all as usual.  Their levels of customer service and  of education seem pretty poor.    The compound is really decaying and I do not think this helps to accelerate sales.

Have you had any luck getting the complex sorted since last year. We were out in Oct 2011 and other than the pool area the place looked very shabby.

 our last trip appeared to reveal action with new planting marketing banners and gardening vastly improved Security is still a concern and educating occupants especially renters to shut the gates would be real help

Being in the dev business I would certainly ensure better cleaning and focus on presentation of empty units

We have ingress of birds down the chimney even with regulator plates shut. Arriving to find couple of dead creatures is not nice so have wired up stack externally. AS the starling s are evindent on other units heavens knows what they are like inside. The terraces we can se are covered in debris which washes down the face of the builing leaving unsightly black streaks.

I can see that one of the problems is that you are away from your property for extended perids throughout the year.

Maybe it could be a good idea to set up an online system such as OCM online com

this way all the neighbours can vote on this and do the admin online even while away.
