I guess we all know that the contracts require the approval of Med Group to allow us to sell the contract on prior to completion.

has any one tried to obtain this permission yet??

I asked my estate agent about this sometime ago.   They said that the Med Group don't like buyers re-selling off plan but would make exceptions depending on the circumstances.
