SHED!!!!!!!!!!!

I was interested to read Pinot's comment about her neighbour's new ground floor 'shed' and the fact that it adjoins her property. Has he indeed had permission for this construction? If so, how come his neighbour was not informed prior to the work being carried out?

I wanted to put a slightly different shade of colour on the exterior wall of my apartment and I was told absolutely no chance! How come this person has been allowed to place a shed on his upper terrace (which is an eyesore), and now this further construction? He even has the cheek to take two parking spaces (he is not even entitled to one) in the car park reserved for Limonero and Nectarino residents. How did he get the remote control for the gate, and whose palm is he greasing?

Strewth - Have you seen the extension on my neighbour's property?  As you say my neighbour has been allowed to put a "greenhouse" type building on his upper balcony of the house which ruins the overall view, and now this extension on the ground floor?  Interesting thing was I only travelled home for two weeks and in that time the downstairs extension had been built.

With regard to the parking and getting the remote control for the gate - remember he is Spanish!  However, saying that, we cannot allow the area to be ruined by these people just building whenever and wherever they like.  What would you suggest?

I am being told that we should have this ruling on extensions built into our Community Rules and have asked my President for a copy of  these Rules.  Will keep you informed.
