Anymore Completed

 Hi just been reading that some of you have finally completed, has anyone else completed & if so have any of you negotiated a reduction in price (PM me if you prefer).

Is there anyone out there who has decided not to proceed with the purchase & if so what have you done.

We seem to have been over looked as we have had no contact from anyone about completion!!!!!!!!!!!!

You could always try contacting Salvador in the Romanber office to see the status of your property. They did agree not to charge anyone the extra 7000 Euros for parking/storage that came out the woodwork after Sunset disappeared, and which some of the buyers were unaware of.

We kept in touch with Luis and I  am sure he sent out e-mails

If you are ot using Luis your solicitor should be in a position to move forward

We completed 11 November but don't actually get the keys until we fly out on 9 December

We have all waited a long time for this but we excited to be finally getting there.

Luis says he negotiated the 7000 euro reduction for the car park with Romanber
