Anyone got any more news on Disney development that may cheer us up re lettings potential?

~I have heard that someone has bought 104 apts on casares from distressed sales .. you wonder what they are going to do with them ie either mass renting or cut price sales neither of which is going to be good for the rest of us

I have been approached by these people who told me they are buying them up to rent out to people interested in coming to Spain for the golf.
