I am looking for a long term rental in this development if anyone has one.  I need a ground floor apartment ideally.

Hi Jose, 

 I am also looking for a ground floor apartment in Arenal Duquesa.  Andalusi Estates have one for sale at a 110,000€ or rent for 500€ a month, it is furnished a little basic for my liking which  is why I did'nt take it.
