Happy new year to all on condado

                    30th december a payment came out of my bank for 161.98 euros from generali (vitalicio/la  i dont know who they are has this happened to anybody else ?

Could this be an annual insurance premium?

Community fees are due early January, but the amount doesn't sound familiar.

 Agreed-do you know that  if your outgoings on a foreign property exceed  income you can reclaim a tax benefit back. Generally helps to be a mortgage payer as this is usually the largest outgoing. .Rules are changing so this golden egg wont last a lot longer i am afraid. Contact your accountants for the latest news on this.
