This morning (Sunday ) we watched an Arab gentleman looking through the skip for scrap.... No problem, we all have to earn a crust

 BUT he then started tearing open bags and looking through those!!! Please be aware if you are putting anything in the bin with any identification/accounts numbers etc for future.
