Hi I'm thinking of buying on one of these resorts La Torre/Mar Menor and wondered how many weeks a year on average you manage to rent out your property (if you rent it out!).  There seems to be a lot of property and so I thought with there being so much competition it might be difficult to let? Also which of these resorts would you say is best for families as I am wanting to use the villa as a holiday home too.

You will not fill many weeks, and the Mar Menor Golf Resort is the nearest the beach. you will get alot more for your money on La Torre, 2 BED VILLA  FOR ABOUT 150K EURO
