The new administrator is not fully on board yet! Waiting for contracts to be signed I understand. So progress on snags is still down to passage of time and constant nagging!
Your property has the walls monocapped, chain link fences in place, drive etc completed and they have started fitting the solar water heater on the roof.

The site office informed me today that the photos are needed to help with the quote process. They also tell me that work will start next month (thanks Beatriz). Time will tell.

As promised the snagging team arrived early December and have been working off and on since then, including Christmas and New years day.
They left today, (10 Jan) having failed to live up to the promise of completing all our snags!! They even managed to create one more by using the wrong colour monocap on one of the repairs, this was inspite of our begging the site foreman to attend before the work went too far. His eventual response was - no problem we will paint it the correct colour! So we are back almost to square one with a significant snag list.

Well only a year late but should be completing in the next two weeks so it will be interesting to see if they completed all my snags, so anyone having snagging problems please post them it will help all of us

Once again we have been told by the builders that all our snags have been completed. Whats the problem can they not read my snag list! Have they lost the many photos they have taken!!
I think a new porky pie factory must have opened up on Las Kalendas.

Snagged our property last week, a couple of issues that need to be sorted, but overall very happy with the build and finish.
Can any body help with the email address of the person/s who compile the news letter for Las Kalendas.

Yes, the earthquake was scary! I was stood outside my front door and when the rumbling started, I looked up and saw the door visibly shaking in the frame. The info at the ign site is great - they say magnitude 3.7 about 5k north of us, 8.1km deep.
