I can definitely confirm that there has been a resale. A friend of mine enjoyed going to Roda so much, that he bought an apartment there very recently.
Here is to hoping the forthcoming Covera airport and the train station will stir some interest, and bring in more people who will appreciate and enjoy the resort and the area so hopefully sale (and rentals) will start stirring.
I find lack of transport does not help. Not everyone wants to hire a car or is confident to drive on the right (if from UK)
It would be brilliant if buses would stop a little closer to the resort, or better still outside. Anyone have any idea on how we can influence this?
I am also hoping that Roda will consider running a mini bus to the train station when it opens. I personally will gladly pay fare just for the convenience and the opportunity to go other parts of Spain without having to even consider driving. Again, any ideas how we can also influence this?
In addition, it really does not help when people say negative things about the resort. I think some will agree that even in this present economic climate with most (if not all) of us in negative equity, the resort is still incredibly enjoyable I feel privilege to own a property close to such a beautiful, healthy place such as the Mar Menor is.
Huge thanks to those who take the time to look after the resort in my absence. I am awed every time I visit.
What in my humble opinion would really encourage people to come to Roda is if everyone and the press started advertising the beauty of Roda resort and the immense health benefits of the surrounding area.
Health is a mega issue on every country agenda at present time.
