Hi Everyone
Just got home today after a week in Murcia. It was so warm and sunny the last few days, it was hard to come home. Spent a couple of days on site and took some photos which I will try and upload later. Masses of work going on all over the site. Commercial centres almost completed externally. Ronnie's place looks like Southfork (only orange) and the flats, just look like blocks of flats.
The general feeling of most people on site is that escrituras may still be a while in coming but it seems that the local council have been busy on site. They have made Trampolin put surface water drains in our road and replace some of the ironwork in the road with more official looking stuff.
We too are being pressurised for more money in exchange for our keys. What are the views of others who have done this? For some people it seems to work OK but we spoke to someone who did this to receive their keys and now have to pay 1000 Euros a month to keep their water and electricity connected. Trampolin have also locked off their pool plant so the pool has stagnated.
Is this what others are doing? We are not sure what to do.
Regards
