Map of Condado for the Emergency Services

 Just heard a disturbing report from a resident on Jardin 7, apparently one of the residents was taken ill with sunstroke, an ambulance was called, but on arrival was delayed firstly by security, and then no one had a map of the complex? this is a matter that requires urgent attention, who should supply a map of the complex to security ? Polaris or Millenium ?

I am very surprised to hear of the delay for the Ambulance. Over here  as far as I am aware all emergency services are constantly updated re road works, new housing estates & one way systems. Goodnes only knows  what the out come would have  been if it was a heart attack victim or a  life threatening injury.

I hope this was an isolated  incident. But yes some thing  must be sorted out to prevent it happening again.

 I have just mentioned this to Ham & he says as the Jardins are numbered it should have been relativley easy for the ambulance staff to at least arrive in the right area. He was surprised to hear of the delay re the security guard & suggests that some one , maybe the Community presedent should make contact with the head of the security company to request they re evaluate at their protocols for access for emergency vehicles & to ensure that all of their personel are aware of it.

I belive that some of the Presidents are Spanish so would  imagine that they would be aware of the addresses of each of the Emergency service headquarters & be able to send a letter requesting that they ensure that there  is some communication with themselves  & the Security company re maps etc  to prevent the same thing happening again,

I followed the Ambulance in on that day and the only delay at security was for the driver to ask the way to the apartment.

I'm slightly less surprised there was a confusion as last year on two occasions we had visitors to see us during our summer visit. On both occasions I had given them written details with the number of our Jardines Jardin which they showed security (I'd also informed security of their visits) and each time the security directed them into Naranjos.

 I have been told Millenium are sorting this problem and shortly  there will be a more comprehensive signage system installed, good news.
