Apartment available for Rent

 I am a new member on the forum and just recently (Feb 2011) purchased A1 a two bed apartment, in Phase 4 of Mojon Hills. We are now actively looking for Rental customers. is this apartment available from the 26th to 30th? , we are planning to go and inspect the area+properties+banks, would like to know how rentals work, mainly summer time.
