HI everyone, we are coming out in may to look at the development & we actually hope we like it enough to buy..... could anyone let us know if the ground floor apartments are spacious & if the front terraces are large..... i have read your messages on the board & look forward to meeting some of you when we come out!! can i just say hello to steve and diane from sunny crewe... that is where we are from...small world hey?? cheers lee and alison 

hi we have a downstairs apartment in phase 3, by the plans the terrace looks quite a fair size, if it is the same as in phase 1 it will be lovely, will see in april as this is when we are going back over hopefully for comletion. hope all goes well for you la aparecida is a lovely village, bye for now gabby and tony
