Just returned from CdA... things are changing again which is good. Most of which have already been commented on on this forum.
The Resort:
Signs for the Saturday afternoon market are all over the place, the restaurant opened without any notice so we did'nt get to eat there. We did get spare key cards for access through security (which was all working ok) - cost a couple of euro's - good value! At the ML office there was a BOOK EXCHANGE (its a bit late as I have bought a Kindle now but useful for guests).
Out n About:
We got out and about and the last weekend it was very definitely holiday season and everywhere busied up! We can recommend laser shooting at La Pinilla (Sporting Chance), Espuna Adventure Quad/Kayak was excellent as always, we also booked with go-n-sail for a sail/snorkel trip from the Port - this is a fantastic 3hr+ trip with a very hospitable couple. We did see Solaz Lines boats in the marina but wanted a trip so we could snorkel/swim too. We ate at La Caverna (recommended) and Condado Excursions onsite taxi's dropped us off/picked us up promptly for that boozy afternoon!
The girls had a facial each at janes salon in Bolnuevo which was good and we both said we would return. The girls enjoyed the lunch time El saladillo flamenco/horse show - get there for about 12-12.30 (limited shade) and the show started about 1pm.
Everytime I come over I find something new to enjoy and I am looking forward to returning to see the market in action and the start up of the rumored cafe/sports area. Who knows what will develop over the next few years?!
