Situation at La Reserva de MArbella, Phase 2, Manzana 5, Bloque 1

 Hi There

Can anybody tell me whether the LFO for Phase 2, Manzana 5, Bloque 1 at La Reserva de Marbella was granted and if so when that occurred?

hi we are in manzana 3 block 7 and have the same question.  We are all in the new pgou but as far as i can find out license's have not been issued because there is a dispute over compensation to the town hall. We went around a number of estate agents and they all said la reserva is not settled, you can sell but there are a few banks lending on la reserva and you really need a cash buyer. I gather the dispute is with the developer and  the town hall is happy to let residents buy and sell.
