Corvera Aiprort

Hi  

We (myself, wife and 3 children) have recently returned from a holiday in the area and we are planning to come back later in the month, to look at purchasing a villa.  I am keen on Haciendo del alamao, my wife is a fan of El Valle.  One aspect that may inform our choice is potential noise from the new aiport at Corvera.  If anyone can give me any guidance on this I would be very grateful. Looking at the runway direction, both resorts look to be effected.  Some minor background noise would be fine, but anything more than that would be a worry.  Can anyone help?  Thank you

Hacienda del Alamo should be no more affected than Roda is by San Javier airport as i believe Roda golf is closer to to San Javier airport tha HDA is to Corvera.

I would give Roda a wide berth. It is a real high density concrete jungle with many problems. You only need to read the EOS forum posts to get an idea of what the resort is like.

Hacienda Del Alamo is the finest resort in the area and at the moment  the villas are a gift. They are going for less than half price.If you can snap one up because it would be silly not too as the prices will be going up.
