Our frends have brought in dequesa village they are now iready to rent theres out they hve 700 huindred apartments  while we have only 201  whats the hell happening to our complex and all our money w e have spent    can anybody tell us what is going to happen to this complex .

I am in a slightly different situation as I decided to complete last year and have really enjoyed using my apartment.

I am not sure of the significance of a 700 or a 200 unit complex (If you are talking about the blocks on the hill accross from us I have to say I do not like the development - too many crammed in for my taste).

The design and size of Duquesa Fairways apartments is, in my view, impressive and friends and family who have stayed have been very happy with everything.  

Of course we want the paths sorted and the grounds properly landscaped and I accept that having completed I am not really in a position to press for this.

I just wanted to put a more positive note on things.
