Firstly there is an Extraordinary General meeting called by the administrator Juan Santos on September 24. All paid up members of the community need to vote. At the AGM in August everyone voted that we change administrators because this would save money (reducing community charge) AND get more effective service. The Costa Galera Administrators have given a very competitive quote/service for maintenance, security etc etc. Juan Santos disputes the process and so has called for this meeting. I am giving my proxy vote to Ramon Martinez-Pantoja as he will be there.
Other business at AGM.
Owners have been given cards proving right to use pools/padel etc (too many outsiders).
No pets allowed off leads in public areas (includes cats) because of danger of fecal contamination around pools/gardens
Satellite antennae should be same colour as houses (like Costa Galera)
Private gardens must be maintained by owner at standard that reflects communal areas
Other stuff
Caja Sur were going all out to sell their reclaimed properties over the summer. New people moved in behind us so here's hoping that next visit there are lots of new shiny people who care about the urbanisation. Not just the "let's holiday and trash the place while we are at it" crowd.
