Hi
I have my forms and want to pay this but my bank will not take it without it being in some special envelope - which I do not have!
Any ideas? Can I pay this at any of thre banks in Camposol without the envelope? Can I pay online or can I go to Lorca and pay this at the tax office as I am at CDA just now.
Any information appreciated.

Hi Jane, the banks have the envelopes and should send the tax office copies away for you once paid. We paid ours last year at the bank in Camposol and this year at Banco Popular in Mazzaron and on both ocassions this is what happened.

could any one explain what non resident tax is
if you have a property and have no income from it what are you liable for and were do you pay it, also this is nothing to do with the tax we pay to alhama council is it.

Non-residents tax has to be paid by all non-residents regardless if you are making money from your property or not.
We use'Spanishtaxforms.co.uk' who will do everything for you for a fee of 25 euros per property plus 10euros per person, or they will complete the forms only for 25 euros. If you take this option you need to go to the tax office in Murcia to get the stickers that you need to attach to the form. You then take the completed forms to a bank to pay the tax.
Tax is based on the Cadastral value of your property. This value is printed on your council tax (IBI) receipt.
Our taxes were approx 65 euros each this year.

Think you can get one from the council office in Alkasar, or at least they should be able to tell you what your cadastral value is. There's also a council office in Alhama de Murcia.

LizzieB is correct we got our IBI receipt for last two years from the Council Office next to Mileniun in the Al Kazar. You will need to take your passport with you when you go to ask for the receipt.

Hi All, Not sure if it's the same thing however I have received a bill called "Order de Domililiacion" at a value of €118,21. Any info/ help on how I pay this would be appreciated. Tez

Hi All, I have now found out this can be paid in the office next to milenium in Al Kasar. This is actually due every June and can be set up by direct debit. Late payments are charged at 5% every 3 months. Also the bill you get gives you the value you need to pay for the non residence tax although this is a separate tax not payable at these offices. Hope this helps others T
