Just bought villa on Phase 3

Hi everyone,

We've just bought a villa on Phase 3 and wondered if anyone could let me have details on any of the following:-

- contact/costings for installing an alarm system  - do you know of anyone that does this at all and if so how much they would charge?

- contact/costings for security grills  - do you know of anyone that does this at all and if so how much they would charge?

- contact/pricings for cleaning services -  do you know of anyone that does this at all and if so how much they would charge?

- contact/pricings for airport pick-ups - do you know of anyone that does this at all and if so how much they would charge?

We're so excited and cannot wait to meet people who have also bought at Mojon Hills. 

Any other news in and around the area is welcome so please feel free to email us back with any useful tips or information in and around the area - that would be great.

hey. Congratulations on your villa! We also plan to buy a villa there, or an apartment. We will be traveling to Spain 21 January to see the villa and apartments before we sign the contract and pay deposit. Hope villa is beautiful, it's no pictures of the inside on the Internet. How do you like living there?

We are buying through Tom Birkeland in Blue med investment. We're very excited to move!

Yes we bought from Blue Med also.  You will have to let us know when you have moved in.
