Rentals Properties Required

Since the launch of my own rental site dedicated tio Corvera www.corveraholidays.com and 4 other sites where we are promoting properties for our clients I am seeing a dramatic increase for rental properties and we aren't really in the peak booking time yet

I need for potential long term enquires (minimum 6 month rent but typically the property must be available 1 year)

• 3 bedroom ground floor Tilo property, furnished
• 3 Bedroom villa, ideally Canella or Magnolia furnished
• 3 bedroom villa, unfurnished
• 2 bedroom Magnolia, unfurnished

As I have just rented our my last 2 villas avaiable on longterm rental I am still looking for villas for holiday and long term rentals which is really good as we are not even in the main season yet in particular 2 enquires for 2 weeks in July

Because of  demand I am looking for people that are looking to sell their properties on Corvera with a free listing service on a variety of websites especially getting ready for the demands from businesses connected to the airport

There are an increasing number of people that I now meet on site that are visiting to have a look around so things are really picking up and so far we have contracted 9 new long term rentals and get regular enquires and this will improve agian when we confirm the openning date for the airport

I am talking to most of the airlines now, car rental, and connected service industries and all waiting for the same thing, an openning date for the airport
