Is anyone from ACC or OTCC actually using Maria Castro and suing the Banks for non BG refunds?
If so how are you doing - we would all be interested to know if you are progressing and what your prospects are?
I PM'd her some months back to see if she had actually got any refunds back from Banks for any Huma client - and she said no at that time.
I wondered if there was any better news and if the Banks were actually threatening to pay up - or is this another false hope or another optimistic sound byte from a Spanish lawyer looking for business out of our misery?
Even though we (people without BG's) are still getting nowhere - it useful for others to hear what other forms of action are actually doing.
There seems to be some confusion of the type of Bank Accounts Huma paid installments into (there is some belief these were not special client accounts) for those sums with out BG's - I wondered if this was causing issues on recovering monies fron Banks.
