extending patio on The Jardines

Has anyone had their patio's extended on the ground floor apartments? can you recommend anyone to carry out the work?

It would depend what you mean by extending the pation on the Jardines. Any changes that are done to the apartments need to get the approval of the community as per the community rules. I would suggest that you get in touch with the president of your jardine before you start to make any changes as people have been asked to remove changes that they have made in the past.

It is allowed under the current rules (AGM Aug 2008) (see Admin website) to extend grond floor patio as long as tiles are a close match to originals and that the irrigation system is recovered.

Its one of very few permittable modifications that can be made.

I know of one person who does this work PM me if you need details.

          I got my patio done via a Spanish Builder my keyholder knows took photos as it was being done and got a great finished job and what a difference it makes to the front.
