Fees

 Hi guys, lots of good information on the site and lots of positive views - just as well they don't have an online checkout as i might have taken the plunge tonight !

I was wondering what the maintenance fees are and also the property taxes (i assume those are seperate) ?

i haven't visited yet so just trying to see if this would be right for us, but 300+ days of sun, a good golf course and the current prices make a persuasive argument...

Very roughly as others will provide detail, but if you work on a max of £1200 (sterling) to maintain and pay your local council and national taxes for any of the jardines or penthouses you won't be far out. That doesn't include fuel and water bills which vary according to use - but are not high.

If you are looking at the Villa Janas or  La isla, the the fees are much higher!
