i think anyone attempting to answer would be hazarding a guess, especially as little information is ever provided by Communities, Entidad or Roda themselves other than a website for Phase 2 apartment owners, which attempts to keep owners in touch.

I would suggest that if anyone has a query about your community or the resort you need to contact your President and/or the new Administrator directly for answers.

They started this work in November last year and I was hoping it would have been finished by now.

Mario is the main man regarding the works as he's in charge of the gardening committee. Unfortunately I don't have his contact number but I would think Moira does.

I'm over in Spain in 2 weeks time -if I hear anything more i'll let you know

Thank you.  Hopefully, it will be completed in the next month or so.  They do look to be doing a good job and I think the water features will look much better and will enhance the garden areas.
