hi no doubt this is covering old ground somewhere on this forum but can anyone enlighten me as to what any 2 bed apartments have been sold at recently - if indeed any have been sold recently?

Hi Trevor,
From what I see on your website you have a first floor, 2 bed apartment. Just a few months ago one bank reposession, first floor, 2 bed apartment well situated in fase 1 was sold below 90.000 Euros. We sold a groundfloor at 110.000 Euros and another one at 123.000, the latter being a corner one and slightly bigger. The cheaest for sale at the moment is another groundfloor at 119.000 Euros. We have clients waiting for a chance at 100.000 Euros and they are not in a hurry. I hope this gives you a fair idea.

Scary - and it's much the same at Corvera l'm afraid where, according to a recent post, you'd be struggling to get HALF of what you originally paid if you decided to sell. I went there last year on a trial- run to the new airport and although it is beautiful in a desolate sort of way, and the golfclub will really add to it, l cannot see how prices will improve in the short-term.

Hi, a 2 bed penthouse Apt on Fase 1 just sold for 99,000 euros, it was previously up for 170K euros. The top terrace was a good size as well. The disparity in selling prices is amazing, up to 160K euros difference for very similiar properties.
I personally think Roda built too many 2 bed properties, when it comes to selling the properties there has to be something to stand out to the buyer, such as price, location, outlook. With all the adverse publicity around the euorozone and contagion I think buyers are treading very carefully.

you are so right the new sale prices were based on the resort being 5*
until all the facilities are in place the resale prices will remain the same as any other run of the mill resort.
