no win no fee

purchased  ACC sept 2005  proceeded with claim for money back feb 2008 with no win no fee lawyer....court case won may 2011 no money from Huma but lawyer expects us to pay him anyway....thopught all ok when started but glich is that even no money from HUMA lawyer wants his 10% of claim 5200 eu.....so in hindsight not a good move on our part so instead of being owed 42000 eu we are now faced with a bill of 5200 eu for nothing.....as we did not have BG was a waste of time and feel we have been conned by lawyer or have we just been gullable with the thought of may be getting money back...

anyone else thinking of doing same all ready on that path be careful

If you have proof of your deposit payment being made to the developers bank account then you should consider filing a Lawsuit against the Bank according to LEY 57/68 Article 1.2

No Win No Fee - be careful.  Winning against the developer is the easy part.  Executing the judgement and getting your money back is the hard part.

It may be considered a win by your 'no win no fee' Lawyer...........BUT from a purchasers perspective a true win means getting a refund of the deposit.
