non resident certification com

Hi Im sure this question has been asked many times but I never really took any notice before.

My bank has just taken out 16e x 2 for Non resident certification com Ive had this account as long as ive had the apt but never seen this before,

could anyone tell me what it is and how often we have to pay it please. I thought I had paid everything, silly me lol

we had 29.59 euros x 2 for commissions/fees petition certificate no residencia and 6.82 euros x 2 for Non residence Authority taken from our bank account in January. We checked with our bank and also the solicitor at Mileniun Levante who advised us that the charge from our account was the payment for a certificate that the bank requests from the Police in order to confirm that you are still a non resident. This is requested every two years.
